    Documentation is a bit unclear. Cannot sync due to “Category for product is not mapped and product will be skipped” errors. Followed the KB article but nothing is working. Tried to submit a ticket but their ticket system doesn’t work as it wants to select the product from a drop down that doesn’t work. Hoping they see this so I can get it fixed.

    Hey, the contact form on the support page only works for people who have an active product subscription. This is written under the dropdown fields: https://take.ms/aj5Qy

    I would be happy to help you with category mapping. Its correct mapping determines whether the message “Category for product is not mapped and product will be skipped” will appear in the import logs.
