Could you please share the details of the issue? When do you encounter it? Is it a locked pacakge? This must be related to a setting/option and can easily be fixed.

If you have already created a support ticket send me the link.

When i add some file from backend and when me or my client download file from frontend actual files doesn’t gets download a simple note pad files get downloaded with “Download link is expired. Please get new download link” text in that file.

Please send a page link where I can test this. Also, send a screenshot of your package settings area.

Do you have the version 3.0.97 installed there? Try deactivating and reactivating the plugin. Sometimes this fixes the issues related to the missing cache directory.

Okay, I have reinstalled the plugin and now it’s working fine! but may I have to put terms of services for download every time? Is there is some option where terms of services can be saved and come with one click or something like that

It is not possible yet to disable lock after the first download. But this could be a useful feature. Noted for implementation. Could you please update your review based on your latest experience?
