Hello – I’ve set up WP Email Capture on a client’s website and can’t get it to work. Not only does it not redirect to the subscription confirmation page that I set up, but it also doesn’t send or capture emails.

When I first built the site on my own server and installed the plugin, I was able to do one sign up test that seemed to work. But now, a few weeks later, we’ve gone live with the site on the actual domain and now the plugin seems to completely be inactive. Can you please help me trouble shoot?

The sign up form is in the footer of the website.

    Thanks!

    Hi There,

I’ve managed to sign up successfully, you should see my personal email address and name in the login.

Did you receive an error URL? Could you try again?

If you transferred the database over, and your data is already present, you cannot subscribe people more than once. This is to keep lists clean…maybe that is it?

Sorry I meant to write back right away to let you know that I fixed the issue right away. I needed to force rewrite https in the back end. Once I did that it worked. I got distracted and neglected to let you know. Thanks for your prompt response!
