Not working anymore after WP 5.5 update

    Hi!
    Suddenly discovered that media files no longer are protected. Anyone can access them if they know the URL. It’s been a while since I last checked this, but suspect it has to do with WordPress last update to version 5.5.

    Ok, after some testing I found out that a perm-link to a file gets blocked but not the real URL (/wp-content/uploads/file.pdf).

    What has happened? It used to block the URL before. This is not safe.

    There was a script in the uploads folder that was the cause to the dysfunction. After removing that everything work as normal.
