• Hi, thanks for this great plugin, unfortunately, it stopped working for me after I had to delete all the categories and subcategories in order to re-upload them again, now your plugin it’s not detecting some categories.. and I tried deactivating and removing in order to reinstall but it’s still missing some categories, that I can confirm that they actually exist because I reupload them.. it’s a pitty because I really liked your plugin over others..

    Any ideas?..

    When categories are deleted and re-created, they are assigned new unique IDs. This is why the plugin may not recognize the new categories, as it’s still looking for the old IDs.

    To resolve this issue, please follow this:

    Re-add Categories: Since the plugin relies on unique IDs, you’ll need to re-add the missing categories manually in the plugin’s settings or interface.

    Thank you for your quick reply.. but I’m not sure what are you talking about, because there is no “setting” section in your plugin.. only “All categories showcases” and “Add new” sections..

    I also checked in woocommerce if there is some extra settings there.. but there aren’t..

    I would appreciate any clarification.

    I apologize for any confusion caused by my previous message. What I meant to say is that you need to re-assign categories from the showcase section. To do this, you simply need to edit your showcases and make the necessary changes to the categories there.

    Hi, don’t worry, but I already did that (removed all category showcases and start over) and I also deleted all categories that could cause any conflict, but there are still some categories that are visible in the “categories” section of woocommerce, but for some reason your plugin is unable to read them.

    What’s the name of your plugin in the database, or is there any data related to your plugin in the database that I can delete in order to fully reset it? So, I’ll uninstall and reinstall again to see if it can retake the current categories.

    It’s the only solution that I can imagine now, if you have any other ideas, I would be happy to hear about it.

    After deleting the categories, they are not showing up using our plugin. This issue could be due to conflicts with other plugins. We recommend temporarily deactivating all other plugins to see if the issue is resolved.

    The issue wasn’t resolved after deactivating and even deleting all plugins related to displaying categories and products.. but nothing changed.. I really liked your plugin, but unfortunately I’m going to use the Woocommerce built-in category and product display.. it’s very ugly.. but at least it works.

    As I mentioned before, the categories and subcategories are present in the Categories section of woocommerce.. so, it’s very strange that your plugin isn’t capable to detect them anymore.. I recommend you to create a tool to pull out or detect any category that was deleted and created in Woocommerce.
