    I reviewed your profile and any support threads you have created and couldn’t find any topics, where you have requested for help with your issues with Google Analytics for WooCommerce. It’s not clear why you say not working any more because you haven’t requested for help in the forums.

    Oh, sure, I’ll ask for support there. It’s just that when I reviewed the other recent mostly negative reviews, I assumed there had been an issue with the plugin for a while that hadn’t been fixed, so I didn’t think to create a support thread first. I might be wrong, my bad! I’ll head over there and try to find some support first.

    No worries. Just leaving a review doesn’t help us understand the issue clearly, even if the negative rating is warranted. It would be good to have all the details to work on a fix if it’s a bug. So please do create a support thread, and we can have a look at this further. Thanks for your patience & understanding with this.
