not working and no fixes

The worst thing is to receive email from your partners saying that contact form is not working… Searched on forums – zillions of same issues – Validation errors, Fails, … And no information on how to fix this. The only answer on developer’s site is: “There are really various reasons for server side problems, so I can’t explain exactly what yours is. But experiences of other users who solved their problem might be helpful for you.”
