We are working on solving this issue. I emailed you yesterday directly, because you contacted us previously.
I’m sending you a plugin with a possible fix (on email). Could you deactivate and delete current ShopMagic plugin and install a new one, from the email.

We’ve just released ShopMagic 2.21.1 which contains a fix for your issue. Update the plugin and let me know if it works.
