Not working after update

    Hei
    After the update of WordPress and the plug in (did it at the same time) the start quiz-button does not work. If I paste the shortcode in the browser window I get a 404 message. Using Chrome.

    Hello there,

    Have you tried resaving and redeploying your quiz in the WP admin? Also try deactivating and reactivating Quiz Cat and see if that affects the issue, let us know if you continue to have issues.

    Ty for answer 🙂

    • Deactivated and activated plug in.
    • Created a totally new test quiz and it works.
    • Deleted the page with the old quiz
    • Found the old quiz – added question – saved
    • Found short code
    • created a new page – inserted short code
    • When clicking on start Quiz nothing is happening

    So the answer seem to be: reconstruct old quizzes from scratch…
    Or is it the shortcode – can it be regenerated?

    Hello,

    I suggest pouring through the old quiz, if some fields are left blank the quiz will not start. We have gotten a few scattered reports of data loss during a recent update, so please make sure your quiz is intact, and let us know if you continue to have issues.

    Also, if using any HTML in the quiz, if there are issues there, it may prevent the quiz from starting.
