I have a client site where the SMTP mail sending became critical at a point. Due to other unrelated exploits on that older server I migrated their account and numerous others to a new server on a different IP address.

I’m noticing now that the email reports we receive are showing ZERO sends via EasyWPsmtp even though I see the system is still sending out email. Do you suspect something needs to be reset? The plugin is present and active and appears to still be configured correctly. The system is still sending out contact form emails and (I believe) responses. But for the past several weeks I see “Sent Past Week = 0” with a down arrow and -100% and as such am concerned.

    Hi @stormdznr

    Thanks for reaching out.

That certainly is strange. Just for reference, what mailer is your client using? Also, are they using the latest version of Easy WP SMTP (2.1.2)?

As a general test, if you know the steps to set up the mailer or have the necessary credentials, you could either re-perform the setup steps or perform a full reinstallation of Easy WP SMTP by ensuring that the uninstall option is checked in your miscellaneous settings when removing Easy WP SMTP.

Thanks for the info, Sounds like what I need to do to test it. I’ll follow up.
