Not working after reboot

The plugin stoped sending regular tweets after our server was rebooted. Now I see “You can refresh the page to see the next schedule !” in the green box on the right column. And it remains after refreshing the page.

I tried removing the Twitter account and adding it back; stopping share and starting it back.
