Not working after updating WordPress and new update won't install

    I have not been accessing my admin for a while, which I did today.
    Lots of updates availables, I first updated all the plugins, including CF7, but it didn’t update correctly (all the other plugins went right).
    Then I updated my theme (Twenty Twelve), and then updated WordPress to 4.6.
    I tried to update CF7 again and is still didn’t work.

    Then I tested my site and checked the contact form. The message seemed to be sent but I have never recieved it.
    I do not know when the problem started and I hope I have not lost all the messages sent in the last months…

    But principally, I need help to fix this…
