I’d check to see if other plugins are affecting
Plugins
Deactivate all but bbpress and private groups and see if this fixes. if it does, re-enable one at a time to see which is causing the conflict and come back.
Themes
If plugins don’t pinpoint the problem, as a test switch to a default theme such as twentytwelve, and see if this fixes.
Disabled all plugins and went to twentyfourteen theme, but it still goes to the 404 page. The site is jacksoncountybamaclub.com

If by this you mean that visibility is not activated – there is a tick box , then the re-direct pages will not work without this activated.
If you mean that you are not seeing the box to tick, then please send me a screenshot of the settings page
interesting – it should look like

Probably either a theme or plugin conflict.
I’d try the theme first, so as a test switch to a default theme such as twentytwelve, and see if this fixes the settings. If it does activate the visibility, and then you can probably switch back and it will hold. If that works, let me know what theme so that I can see if I can fix.
If not theme, then deactivate all but bbpress and private groups and see if this fixes. Again you may only need to disable to let you set the visibility, and the switch it on again. If it does, re-enable one at a time to see which is causing the conflict and come back so I can fix my plugin.
Deactivated all plugins and running twentytwelve theme, and still no luck. I also noticed there are no tabs across the top of the settings page.
hmmm, very strange.
I can only suggest you try re-installing it.
