 * I have installed and activated the plugin. When I click the menu, I just get 
   a blank page, no options at all…

 * I get the same thing. Nothing but a clear page when I click the dashboard menu.
 * I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice but it still doesn’t work.
