# Not working..

 * For some reason the onebox is not apearing in my site. It only shows the text“
   link.” When I am on the page edit and put the shortcode, it displays. Help? Also
   it says on the top that I don’t have GeoIP PHP Extension installed. I looked 
   into it, but couldn’t get it to install. Could that be why this is happening?

 * From what you’ve described, it sounds like something in your theme or some other
   plugin maybe causing a conflict. Can you check the javascript console in your
   browser for any error messages on the page that is displaying just a link?
