 * I see that the plugin is getting a 505 Internal server error when doing the ajax
   request when inspecting the console on your site

   500 (Internal Server Error) “
 * There is no more detailed information in the response. Please check your servers
   error log to see if you can find the reason.
 * Please also make sure you are running PHP 5.3 or above.
