Why didn’t you try to contact the plugin’s author about this by posting a topic in the plugin’s dedicated sub-forum? A “review” without even attempting to contact support is pretty pointless. Please review:

I try step for faq, that I get bad server from my hosting,and in 24 hours I can not open my cpanel. I sory before for my rate,and I mean you have plugins I see the best feature. Sory about that.
