 * The plugin keeps saying you do not have a shipping option for your location?
 * I tried adding in the woocommcere options of flat rate and local pick up and 
   they turn up in a drop down box at the view cart page, the by weight does not?(
   I don’t actually want those options I was just testing!)
 * Using wordpress 3.8
    and 2.0.18 of woocommerce. Help please my head hurts trying
   to fix this!

   I was reading the setting as a “/” (black slash) not a “|”
