# Not working – 500 Error

 * Hello! We are facing an issue, and I’ve seen we aren’t the only ones. So I’m 
   providing more info in case it helps; Forms are not sent.
 * We have version 5.7.6, but also tried to rollback to 5.7.5.1, 5.7.5 and 5.6.4
   and the problem is still there.
 * The message we are getting on the console is:

 * We have auto-updates enabled, so I’m not sure what plugin could cause it.
 * We use several plugins, some I’ve seen in the forum causing issues are Conditional
   Fields and WooCommerce.
 * We tried desactivating WooCommerce and several related plugins and didn’t solve
   the issue. Also Conditional Fields. No luck. I’ve deactivated the plugins that
   were updated in the last couple of days, and still have the problem. I can’t 
   deactivate Polylang though…
 * I also noticed that the .htaccess file in the root directory was changed.

 * Hi! **This is now working fine, apparently after the update of “Multilingual 
   Contact Form 7 with Polylang”.**
 * But yesterday I deactivated it and the error was still there.
 * Are you confident everything will be fine?
