I installed tera charts, and I only see the shortcode on the post: [tera-charts]

Do I need any of the other plugins you mention installed? WP Business Intelligence or the JQuery HTML5 upload?

I tried to install both, but it did not make tera charts work.

    Any clues?

    Hi
In order to be able to help you I need to know if
    1) have you tested the plugin on a fresh WP install? Conflicts with other plugins and themes may be the cause of troubles
    2) have you checked in the browser dev console if you have any jscript error messages?

    thanks
    regards,
    Claudio

    Thank you Claudio,

I have tested in a fresh install and have the same problem.

The only JS error I get in the console is the following:

[12:22:00.426] Use of getPreventDefault() is deprecated. Use defaultPrevented instead. @ http://********/markets/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.10.2:4

Please note that I am running WP on AMPPS on a desktop server.

Also, just to confirm that TeraCharts is a standalone plugin, i.e., do not require any other plugins enabled, correct??

    Many thanks!

    Hi,
yes I confirm that it doesn’t require anything else.

Sorry, I just found that the required shortcode is [tera_charts].

I apologise about the doc error. I’ll correct it asap.
    cheers
