 * Thank you for reporting this and for giving the plugin a try.
 * I’d like to clarify the purpose of the plugin, as I believe there may be some
   confusion about how it works.
 * **Valid Email Verification for Contact Form 7 does not send a verification email
   or verification link to the form sender.** Instead, its purpose is to validate
   the submitted email address and prevent the same email address from being submitted
   more than once.
 * When a user submits a form:
    - The plugin checks whether the email address is valid.
    - It checks whether that email address has already been used in a previous successful
      submission.
    - If the email has already been used, the form submission is prevented and a
      duplicate-email validation message is displayed.
    - A new, unused email address can be submitted normally.
 * The plugin description currently states:
 * **“It helps prevent duplicate and fake email submissions, improving the quality
   of your form leads and reducing spam.”**
 * And one of its main features is:
 * **“Block duplicate email submissions in Contact Form 7.”**
 * So, despite the name “Email Verification,” this plugin is **not an email-confirmation/
   verification-link plugin**. It is designed specifically for email validation 
   and duplicate-email prevention.
 * I hope this clarifies the intended functionality. Thank you again for taking
