• After last update (14.12.3) plugin don’t show statistics. It only shows 1-2 people per day, although in reality it is not! I checked on 4 devices, it does not show that anyone is sitting on my site at all!

I deleted all the plugin logs, deleted, installed, and so on several times, now everything works. Why it didn’t work before – I don’t understand.

    Hi @ur7hbq,

We sincerely apologize for your less-than-perfect experience with WP Statistics.

Could you kindly provide more details about the issue you’re encountering? Specifically, which section of the plugin isn’t matching the actual number of visitors to your site?

If possible, sharing a screenshot or a screencast of the issue would be incredibly helpful in assisting us to identify the root cause more quickly.

We truly appreciate your patience and look forward to resolving this for you as soon as possible.

    Best regards,
    Matthew

    Hi @mhdizmni

I can’t add picture to this message.

Traffic Summary is not show really visitors. Today 1, yesterday 4?
Online visitors is don’t work, not show visitors.
Daily Traffic Trend is show 1-2 visitors.

    IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!

    Dear @ur7hbq,

It appears that different settings and configurations of WP Statistics after reinstalling the plugin may have contributed to resolving the issue.

    Regards,
    Matthew
