# Not working

 * I install the plugin **Google Listings and Ads** and when I click on Get Started,
   it takes me to the WordPress page… the problem is that I have a blank page. I
   see nothing… I don’t know what to do. Can you help me with this issue? Thanks

 * Thank you for reaching us about this issue. Can you please try opening WordPress.
   com on another page and see if it loads properly for you and if you can log in
   to your account there? If this doesn’t work, can you please try clearing your
   browser’s cache and cookies, or trying on another browser or incognito?

 * Thanks for getting back to us. Let’s work together to get this sorted out. A 
   blank page can often be caused by a few different things, so I’ll need a bit 
   more information to help diagnose the issue accurately. Please deactivate all
   other plugins except for WooCommerce and Google Listings and Ads, then try again.
   If it works, reactivate the other plugins one by one to identify if there’s a
   conflict.
 * If the issue persists, could you please provide the following details?
    - Are you seeing any error messages in your browser’s console when the blank
      page appears? You can check this by right-clicking on the page, selecting ‘
      Inspect’, and then clicking on the ‘Console’ tab.
    - Could you check your server error logs for any relevant errors that occurred
      at the time you tried to access the plugin page?
    - Please share with us the **System Status Report** which you can find via `
      WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support`. You could copy
      and paste your reply here or paste it via [https://gist.github.com/](https://gist.github.com/)
      and send the link here.
