# Not working

 * Hello, so somehow i get a “parseerror” from the elementor form when submitting.
   Though the Opt In E-Mail is send after this and i can apply to it. But the error
   message is confusing. How to fix this?

 * Can you send the exact error from the php error log? So we can check at what 
   line the issue lies.
 * Also can you test with only elementor, elementor pro and the Sendinblue integration
   active?

 * Hello, thanks for replying.
 * I found out now, that my configurator plugin is in conflict with your plugin.
 * It got wrote for me a while ago. Do you know how to fix this? It’s a product 
   configurator for my product. Idk why they’re conflicting.
