Hello, so somehow i get a “parseerror” from the elementor form when submitting. Though the Opt In E-Mail is send after this and i can apply to it. But the error message is confusing. How to fix this?

    Kind Regards

    Stephen

    Hi @docinfo,

Can you send the exact error from the php error log? So we can check at what line the issue lies.

Also can you test with only elementor, elementor pro and the Sendinblue integration active?

    Thanks

    Hello, thanks for replying.

I found out now, that my configurator plugin is in conflict with your plugin.

It got wrote for me a while ago. Do you know how to fix this? It’s a product configurator for my product. Idk why they’re conflicting.

    Kind Regards

    Hi @docinfo,

Does the error still apply without the sendinblue integration active? Not sure how it can conflict. Can you send the link of the plugin?

    Thanks

No, just when both is activated.

The plugin is not open for anyone. It’s just for our website.

    Hi,

Can you send us an email via support? So you can send a version of said plugin so we can check?

    Thanks
