Hello @mariospap
Thanks for reaching out to us.
The mentioned error occurs when the country code is not available for International shipment. You would need to add the Manufacturing country code on the product page. For Example, if the United States is the manufacturing country, you would need to add the US as a country code.

you made a reply just to look like you can help. your solution DOES NOT WORK! i already tried this but a year is the same problem….. DHL Express Create Shipment Error:111 : Error in parsing request XML:Error: Datatype error: In element ‘ManufactureCountryCode’ : Value ” with length ‘0’ is not equal to length facet ‘2’.. at line 56, column 370
Hello @mariospap,
We have tested the same scenario with the manufacturing country code as GR and it’s found to be working. I am sharing the XML API shipment request and response here. You can check in the logs that we are sending the country code as GR and are able to generate the label.

I would suggest you to create a ticket with our support team with your site details so that they can check the issue on your site.
Thanks

What;
all this time, did you mean I had to edit the plugin code?
I simply filled in the field for each product.
Hello @mariospap,
You don’t need to make any changes to the code. You just need to add GR as the country code in the product settings.
We shared the API request and response log to confirm that once GR is added as the country code, the plugin will be able to generate the label.
Hope this has fixed the issue you faced.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
