• I just tried the free version, and that was a waste of time.
    The restore process ended with error: ‘Somehting went wrong! Can’t open zip file.’
    I refreshed the page, and the backup-file was gone, so i had to upload the backup-file again. WTF???

    Then i looked for help on your support-site, and when i tried to start a technical querie support-form, the “WordPress Backup & Migration” plugin was removed from the support plugin-list
    WTF???

    Try and guess if I feel like trying your other plug-ins.

    As per the query, such an error is usually caused by a corrupt zip file that was saved due to a network issue. We request you to export the site again and try with the new zip file. To make sure the zip file is not corrupt, try extracting it directly from your PC.
