“no support at all” – both your messages have answers.
“the answer is always the same” – you had the same question 2 times. What answer you expected second time?
Our plugin is provided AS IS. If you need to change something and our plugin don’t have such functionality you can try some other plugin or edit our. There are a lot of information how to rewrite a template.
If you don’t know how to edit you can hire a freelancer for this.
We providing this plugin for free but it doesn’t mean that we are working for free.
So i should pay a freelancer to fix a faulty plugin instead of using any other that works(i tested 3 and they all work), with less money or free in most cases?
Nobody tells you to work for free. It would be better to charge for yearly subscription and offer a functional plugin with support. Thank you…

And this is what I wrote
Our plugin is provided AS IS. If you need to change something and our plugin don’t have such functionality you can try some other plugin or edit our.
If our plugin do not fit your theme or has compatibility issues just try another plugin. Our plugin cannot fill 100% requests. Same as other plugins cannot. That is why exists several plugins on the market.
It is not THAT hard to install them all and select the one you need.
