 * I’ve been having ongoing problems with the plugin since GA4 functionality was
   added. It won’t track one of my client’s sales, and i’m not sure why.

 * Please check for a pattern among the missing orders such as payment method, product
   type purchased, etc. so that the issue can be identified.
    ​ Further, we would
   suggest referring to [FAQ1](https://wordpress.org/plugins/enhanced-e-commerce-for-woocommerce-store/#why%20some%20transactions%20are%20missing%20in%20my%20ga%20account%2C%20compared%20to%20my%20woocommerce%20backend%20%28orders%29)
   and [FAQ2](https://wordpress.org/plugins/enhanced-e-commerce-for-woocommerce-store/#why%20my%20ecommerce%20transaction%20data%20are%20not%20getting%20recorded%20in%20ga%3F)
   which would help in identifying the problems you may have and their fix.
