Not Working

    All i see is the code [authors_list style=”2″ columns=”2″ amount=”4″ show_count=”no”]
    after adding it to a page or html widget?

    What am i doing wrong??

    Hi @gorvie

    If you just add the shortcode in it’s simplest form (no options) does it still just show the plain text?

    [authors_list]

    If it does show like that, can you just add the following shortcode:

    [gallery]

    That’s a native WordPress shortcode, if it shows nothing then shortcodes are being processed, but if it shows it in plain text like [gallery] then for some reason shortcodes aren’t working on your site.

    Which might be caused by some plugin or the theme.

    Try those and let me know what happens so we can figure out how to proceed.

    It shows blank when trying with the shortcode tags.

    Or it will just show text when not trying with shortcode tags..

    I was able to get another plugin to work through using shortcode tags but this one is blank for some reason

    [authors_list] shows blank? If it shows nothing (not shown as plain text [authors_list]) then it’s being processed but not finding any authors to show.

    Try [authors_list only_authors="no"]

    Sorry to hear that, I’m not sure what the issue is, haven’t had other reports of such an issue and I’m not really sure what could cause it, nothing comes to mind.

    Sorry the plugin didn’t work out for you.
