# Not working

 * Hi Paymongo,
 * Activated your plugin but it doesn’t show up in the payments section in checkout.
 * I’ve added in the test keys and created a webhook (ordered created) and assigned
   to the URL but to no avail.
 * My wordpress version is 5.4.2 and using the Davinci Woocom theme.

 * Did you enable your plugin in the Payment tab of WooCommerce settings? Also, 
   we just released an update last night. Kindly let us know here or via [devops@cynder.io](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-working-3302/devops@cynder.io?output_format=md)
   if it’s still not working on your end so we can troubleshoot.
