# Not Working

 * Installed the plugin, set up the pages, and when pressing submit ticket or my
   ticket from front end the page just loads infinitely.
    Looks like some js error.

 * Are you using any page redirection option? Also, try to deactivate your other
   plugins and switch to a default WP theme temporarily to see which one might cause
   this behaviour.
