• I installed this plugin on 2 websites and it was not working on both of them.

    Also, their support is not so good.

    We are really sorry you feel this way about our plugin and it didn’t work for you. Generally, the feeback we get from other users is very positive, however things might not always work and that is why we are here!

    Unfortunately you gave us less than a day to investigate what was going on, perhaps it was a misconfiguration on the server side or a conflict with another plugin, and by the time we got to see the credentials you sent us, access was already withdrawn.

    In case you would care to elaborate we would be more than happy to dig in your issue help you and perhaps others that might face a similar situation.
