    Hi there, do you mean you do not have the shutterpress tab in the media uploader? Or do you get an error?

    Also please check that your key from https://www.shutterpress.co/ is added properly on the settings pages.

    it says I have a license, but the plugin doesn’t work it says I’m not authorized, My email is jerseydeanne@gmail.com

    It turns out that the issue is caused by Shutterstock moving towards a paying model for their api. This isn’t something we can easily fix, so the plugin is now going through a revamp. You can reach us for a refund if you haven’t already.
