    I have the plugin installed and activated. I have the link at the bottom of the page and on the the log in page with the style… but no login fields appear.

    Any ideas?

    Check your html carefully. The href link you have created is using directional quotes…. see how when you hover over the link, the destination looks wonky? Replace those quotes with proper double quotes and you should be good to go 🙂
