Nevermind, I checked it again and I see the coming soon page. When you are logged in you’ll see the regular website. Only logged out visitors see the coming soon page.

The screenshot displays what is shown on my end when logged out, a foreign site (my site is not foreign). I am uncertain as to why we are being shown two completely different things.

That URL shows the maintenance page.
So that means you have a caching issue, check with your host on how to clear your site’s cache. Usually just a button in the admin area.
