  • Hello, I need yours help. After click button PayPal or other card its redirect to paypal site. On redirected page I see “You’ve been inactive for a while, so we logged you out to help protect your account. Please return to the merchant and restart the payment process.” its repeat in all browser and rather PC.

    p.s. i changed my current url site to siteurl

    Hi @acabar8, So, on every order, you use smart buttons and you are seeing that? Are you using any cache plugins or CDN ( again that would be working on your site only not PayPal , though ) and still experience the same error?

    Also, did you cleared your browser cache and then checked again? Another thing is that we have released several updated later but I see you are still using 1.4.8.9, is there any particular reason why you are still using an older version? Can you update to latest version and then clear all caches and give it another shot?

    Please check those options and let me know the results.

    Hi! I deactiveted W3 Total Cache and updated plugin to 1.4.14. Also I cleared all caches(this error was on different pc and browesers).

    Hi @acabar8, After looking at screenshot, I can still say its a general cache thing, Why, because then URL is PayPal.com not sandbox.paypal.com but the logs shows then you are on sandbox so it should go to sandbox checkout page rather LIVE api’,
    Are you using any CDN for example? Can you please try the following debug steps:

    1. Disable all plugins with the exception of WooCommerce and PayPal for WooCommerce, and determine whether or not the issue is still occurring
    2. Re-enable additional plugins one by one, testing after each add-on is enabled, in order to find the culprit

    If, after disabling all additional plugins, you are still seeing the same issue, then switch to basic twenty theme with both WooCommerce and PayPal for WooCommerce enabled and then check once again.

    Please follow these steps and let us know your results.
