# Not working

 * Hi,
 * I set everything like in instructions, installed and activated plugin and in 
   Apperance under Widgets checked checkbox for BannerAd for which I would like 
   to be visible at the area where there is nothing in the right menu. Unfortunately,
   it’s not working for me.
 * Do you please have any idea what could be the reason?

 * Hello!
 * I see two problems on your site:
 * 1. Javascript error:
 *     ```
       Uncaught ReferenceError: theAd is not defined
           at TriggerAd (s.5.6.min.js?t=1:1)
           at I.ashx?btag=a_29150b_4709c_&affid=1674004&siteid=29150&adid=4709&c=:1
       ```
   
 * Might be blocking javascript execution flow. You should fix it.
 * 2. Your banner widgets has no html id attribute. So the plugin cannot find it.
