# Not working

 * Doesn’t seem to be working. It doesn’t place the widget on the product page (
   or anywhere). The payment option does display at checkout but when selected and“
   Place Order” is clicked, it simply scrolls up to the top of the page.
 * There’s a repeated error 12371 in the log FYI.
 * Any help is much appreciated!

 * Keep getting an error output that reads ‘Error processing checkout’ whenever 
   a customer tries to pay using Zippay. Not sure what is wrong. Any help would 
   be appreciated.
