Not Working

I have used the previous version of the plugin, there was an option for cart percentage discount, now the cart percentage option is not available after update, its only applying discount to the listed products, in my case I have listed two categories, so if the products from those two categories are there discount is calculated fine, but if I add products from other categories, its miscalculating, Cart total percentage discount option was very useful, please do the update. I am still rating it 5 star because I know this bug will be fixed by you guys.

First of all, the review section is not the right place for support questions (although I appreciate the 5 stars).
Second, the discount type was removed from WooCommerce since v3.0 so please contact WooCommerce support for this.

This is from the WC3.0 release notes:
We merged cart percent and product percent coupon types into one and removed product_cart discounts. The discounts these coupons provide are identical, however, the cart based validation would stop the coupon being applied if any non-eligble item was in the cart, rather than just discounting eligible items like product coupons do. This was not intuitive, caused store owner and confusion, and most important of all, just meant users would have to checkout twice to make use of these coupons (thats not fair nor ideal).
