 * Hello,
 * I just add this plugin on my website.
    After building the form, I have receipt
   a shortcode but when I add this shortcode on page (and after update the page)
   the shortcode is deleting by WP and on website page still blank… and no error
   message.
 * Form is well save on “formidable” board.
 * Can you help me ?

 * Sounds like a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Please go through and
   deactivate one by one until you find the one causing problems.

 * It doesn’t matter what type of plugin. Deactivate them all one by one. Activate
   the default WP theme to check your theme.
