Not working

This looks like a great tool bar on the top of my forums with so many options. I am playing with it at the moment to see how it works. I am not able to post any smiley faces, videos, or pictures….this is all I’ve tried so far. Is there anything I am missing? Should I embed something into my site to get this kick started? Please advise.
