Don’t see an opt-in box on the checkout page (or anywhere) and emails not getting added. Double-checked the settings, long time plug-in/wp user. What am I missing? Thanks!

Can you share a screenshot of your plugin settings? Do you have the Enabled box checked? Also, what version of the plugin are you using?

Version 2.6.8

Which page of the settings do you want to see? I can’t find where the Mailchimp settings are — I’ve looked and can’t find it.

The plugin settings page which is under WooCommerce > Settings > MailChimp (tab). See screenshot here: http://ssms.us/iHxZ

Well, no wonder. I don’t have the MailChimp tab. How do I get that? Took a screenshot but don’t see a way to attach here.

It looks like you don’t have the plugin installed. Please go the Plugins menu and click “Add New” and then search for “WooCommerce MailChimp” and install and activate the plugin.
