# Not working :(

 * It seemed to be wonderful, but it didn’t work… Nothing but cover, the menu was
   blank… Even when I changed my caching plugin settings.

 * Some WordPress sites / servers disable access to the endpoint that should export
   the content for the mobile web application. You can check if this address can
   be accessed in the browser: [http://yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-mobile-pack/export/content.php](http://yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-mobile-pack/export/content.php)
   and doesn’t return a ‘404 not found’ or ‘403 forbidden’ status.
 * It would have been great if you would have opened a support request for this 
   issue.
