  • Hi,
your final remark is a bit too over-the-top since not everybody uses Yoast.
Nonetheless, I’ll check the problem and see what can be done about it.

I’ve installed WordPress SEO by Yoast but I can’t reproduce the bug.
Can you tell me exactly what you have done and what happens?

    Thanks!

I have cloned a page, after I uninstalled the plugin the original page title in yoast can’t be changed anymore

Please keep calm, I’m trying to help you but you are not helping me to do it if you don’t explain exactly what you have done and what happens.

In your first message you mentioned “no index” and “no follow”, then you mentioned “original page title”, I need you to tell me which of the two things doesn’t work and what I have to do to to reproduce the bug.
There is no nasty stuff in the database, if you are a developer as you say you can always look at the code and inside the DB and see what’s wrong so we can try to find a way to fix it. But please abstain from such accusations if you can’t tell exactly what “nasty stuff” you’re talking about.

I’ve reported the thread to the moderators.

@danielle? I’ve deleted your posts. Insulting people and using profanity isn’t encouraged here.

You are not lopo’s customer, you are a user of free software. If you don’t like that plugin or the author then just don’t use it. If you wish to work with the author then fine. But it’s apparent that you do not want to do that and I am closing this post.

This back and forth name calling really isn’t serving any purpose.
