 * Fluid Bar Notification plugin works for me in all browsers after the 2.0 update.
 * I find it very good idea to allow the display on all pages.
 * It seems unfortunate, for cons, it is not optional and after the first notification
   bar display continues to show the infinite every time you visit another page 
   on the site.
