Support » Plugin: Order Export & Order Import for WooCommerce » Not what im looking for..

  • So.. Much data isn’t even imported, like WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips data is not in the CSV file when exported.

Also, there is no possible way to split export files so you don’t get a server error in case you have too many orders to export.

Further more, the offset function works quite the opposite of what is described.
I have 9000 orders, and i wanted to export everything FROM 7604 and up to 9000 – so i put in 7604 in the offset field – in this plugin, offset means that it exported everything up to 7604 and not everything FROM 7604.

Possibly fine for some non-professional work. But it just isn’t the plugin a professional WC user is looking for.

    Hi,

By default in Woocommerce, there is no option to store WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips data along with the order details. If you are using any third party plugin to create the same then it will be stored as metadata. The basic version of the plugin does not support importing/exporting metadata. Only the premium version of the plugin supports importing/exporting custom metadata.

Regarding the offset function, We were able to successfully export the orders by setting the offset limit. Providing an offset of 7604 exported all the orders from 7604 instead of exporting all orders up to 7604. Could you please reach us via support.
