  • This plugin is amazing. I guess if they could invent this plugin before Facebook, it could be the present Facebook. Support team is very helpful and supportive. Though we had some misunderstanding at the beginning but they sorted everything out. Strongly recommended.

    No one said we would not help only that you have broken your license agreement for the extensions by changing the PHP code in it. We cannot support code we have not written as we have no Idea as to what you have done.
    You told us not to update the plugins for this treason and we can only again support codes we write.
    We will help any of the members and have been doing so for a very long time. Sorry you feel like this.
    I actually told you where to place the code and how was suppose to be used when I answered your Support Ticket as well.

    Hi Asifur – sorry for any confusion. I am sure you understand that if people change code, it makes it very hard for us to offer support as we can spend time reviewing your changes first, and then aligning them back to the core code, before then fixing. This can often lead to a cycle of problems. We can only offer to fix our version of the code, and send this to you, rather than fix your version.

    If there is anything we can offer in terms of guiding you, then we would always provide this service, and do so on many occasions.

    To be clear, the core plugin on is GPL open source, but the Extensions plugin is purchased from us – I understand you bought it for $1, which we feel is tremendous value for the size of the plugin.

    So to summarise – we will glady support you in what we provide, we just can’t help in customised code for free. We certainly won’t bluntly refuse to help people, but it’s just what is feasible with customised versions.
