    Sorry you’ve run into issues running the plugin. I don’t see any topics from you on the support forums here on .org and don’t see any emails from “Rincha” in our system.

    For others who may be curious:

    > Automatic subscriptions do not work.

    For the gateways we support, we set up subscriptions at the gateway. The gateway triggers the recurring payments.

    > Payments are not updated.

    This typically requires that the gateway’s “webhook” or IPN is set up and working correctly. There are a lot of moving parts between the gateway, your host, your WordPress install, other plugins, and PMPro.
