  • Plug in not user friendly at all… the only thing I get on the WordPress Dashboard is : Zopim Chat… nothing inside… how to configure and it’s written on my main website page at the bottom right : Chat with us.

    it’s grey, it’s not what I want to show my users, it’s horrible to manage, the control panel is on another website and not in MY website (there’s a button inside the plugin… it’s the only thing you have).

    The Android app is on Beta test for… ages… the app is always ON (in the notification). Draining battery and I like something clean on my notification bar. otherwise it’s very fast. If it’s improving and not sending me viruses like MailPoet… I’ll install this on my customer’s website with a full licence. I’m a tester so for the moment… it works but it’s not very professional, not userfriendly and all looks very ugly and difficult to use.

    Thank you for your valuable feedback. You actually can customize the chat widget to the color and text you like. However, you are right to say that the control panel is not placed inside WordPress panel.

    Recently we moved away from placing our own dashboard inside users’ WordPress dashboard.

    If you could elaborate a little more on which part of our dashboard is not user-friendly, we will forward this feedback to Zopim Product team.

    Regarding the guide to configure, after you sign up for Zopim account, you will receive emails from us. Please let us know if you do not receive them yet.
